2012 National Transition Conference (NTC): College & Careers for Youth with Disabilities - May 30 - June 1 The NTC conference will take place from May 30 - June 1, 2012 in Washington, DC. This conference will bring together partners in the transition community to exchange ideas and approaches. You'll be able to access the latest information that can be used to improve the transition from school to adult life for young adults with disabilities.
