Association for Public Transportation Inc. (APT) is a transportation
advocacy group which publishes the Car-Free in Boston Book. For information on membership
& and activities go to www.car-free.com or call 617-482-0282 The Consortium for the Educational Advancement of Travel
Instruction (CEATI) www.ceati-travelinstruction.org was created to enhance through education the knowledge and skills of those professionals who are teaching travel skills
to persons with disabilities and seniors. Members of the Board of Directors include experienced practitioners in the
fields of travel instruction and orientation and mobility instruction. CEATI consists of a dedicated group of professionals
who believe in the right of every individual to have freedom of movement to the maximum degree possible and to be instructed
by the knowledgeable rofessionals from the field of travel instruction. O&M Scholarships: Blasch Scholarship Awards of $1,000-The Scholarship
Committee of the O&M Division invites all individuals who are currently enrolled or planning to enroll in AER-approved
University O&M programs to apply for this Scholarship. Two scholarships are awarded each year. For more information or
